One of our GALLET Guest Curator of Wristwatches Adam Harris' recent discoveries in the Museum collection.

One of he jobs (I believe) of a Museum like The NAWCC is to research, catalog and preserve as many timepieces and archives as possible. Ensuring their safe keeping and access to future generations. Now, I am learning fast, that not every day in a Museum, do we get to touch and enjoy outstanding pieces. And because The Museum is trying to preserve as many pieces as possible we must sometimes trudge through our milieu of wristwatch material, before finding an exciting piece. Remembering my philosophy that 'owning a vintage watch is wonderful, but understanding its history is magnificent' It was with great enjoyment I came across this piece to-day.
