Apart from its surreal artistic décor and live jazz music performance, there is now another reason to visit Dada at The Luxe Manor in Tsim Sha Tsui. A new series of innovative bar snacks, designed by GR8's group executive chef Gianluigi Bonelli, have just been added to its snack menu. The nine new dishes are full of imagination and inspired by chef Bonelli's culinary experience at El Bulli and Fat Duck. Highlights from the new menu include a thin pancake-wrapped avocado, mozzarella and rucola dip that offers surprises when eaten; and the fresh shrimp dip with squid ink. Alcohol aficionados are not left out, as Dada's resident "mixmeisters" Sam and Koji will team up to create a colourful new cocktail every Saturday.
