An Arabic roasted whole baby lamb by the pool this weekend?

The poolside restaurant at Grand Hyatt in Wan Chai is offering foodies a chance to try authentic Middle Eastern cuisines this month. From now until April 29, a fine selection of Middle Eastern delights will be served at The Grill 's weekend brunch buffet and barbecue dinner buffet. Dishes of note include mutabal, the Lebanese eggplant salad and lamb shawarma with tahini sauce and garlic yogurt. The brunch buffet will also feature Arabic roasted whole baby lamb. The barbecue buffet dinner is available daily and is priced at HK$520 per person; the weekend brunch buffet is available from 11:30am to 3pm and priced at HK$358 per person.
