Where to eat like a local in Paris Paris Cooking is in Hélène Darroze's blood. With a Michelin-starred pedigree, she is one of only a handful of women to claim the accolade - three in total - and can be found jetting between her eponymous Parisian restaurant and London's The Connaught. Born in Les Landes in the Côte d'Argent, Darroze is a fourth-generation chef who made waves in the culinary world shadowing Alain Ducasse in Monte Carlo, becoming head chef of her father's restaurant not long after and then opening her own venture in Paris at the age of 33. She took the reins at The Connaught in 2008. We asked for her recommendations of her favourite places to eat and buy food in the city... Marché d'Aligre 'This is
