Man breaks into docked boat, caught with owner's Rolex, police say
A man is scheduled to appear in court Monday after he broke into a boat that was docked in Boston and posed as a police officer when confronted by the owners, police said. Eric Pfalzgraff, who turned 39 Monday, broke into the boat docked off Commercial Street, police said. When a Boston couple returned to the boat, they found the man onboard eating cake, drinking beer, and smoking cigars. When confronted, he allegedly claimed to work for the Boston Police Harbor Patrol. At the time, Pflazgraff was allegedly wearing the man's Rolex watch but returned it before police took him into custody. He is scheduled to face breaking and entering charges in Boston Municipal Court.
