This space comes with an exclusive entrance and exit driveway and promises of “24 hours a day, 7 days a week remote access and security. ” Brokered via the Harrods Estates Asset Management, the deal was estimated at £200,000 ($319,460) for the first nine years, followed by £710 ($1,134) every year for the next ninety years.
