Our featured restaurant serves up a wide array of great Chinese dishes

As seems to be the order of the day in Chinese restaurants in the metropolis, there is a dizzying array of dishes to choose from. The diner will not want for anything. The crispy Deep-fried Beancurd cubes with minced meat is a great starter. The Wintermelon with Dried Scallop and Bamboo Pith in clear soup is nothing short of miraculous. The Golden Prawn Ball with special sauce wrapped in lettuce and the Steamed Lapu-Lapu with minced garlic are wonderfully satisfying. You can munch on the sautéed haricots vert (French beans) for an eternity; they're that good. Finally, you should not leave the restaurant without trying the Peking Duck served two ways. Even if satiated, you will have difficulty avoiding the second way - deep-fried bones with pieces of meat clinging to them. It serves as a great finale and could even obviate the need for dessert, heaven forbid!
