A festival at Christie's? Well, almost (there was a band, Italian street food and everyone sat on the floor)...

If Shoreditch seemed a little quiet last night, it's because all the cool kids were learning about work by YBAs at Art Wednesday's Nice To Meet You event in Christie's. Tea lights, beanbags and cosy rugs were scattered through the venue and hipsters lounged while Marc Quinn and Charles Avery gave talks about awesome art fair Multiplied. Then Pixie Geldof 's band Violet performed and Italian sausage and pomegranate martinis were served. A very cool night indeed.
