Located at The InterContinental Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui, Harbourside is one of the city’s most popular buffet restaurants, boasting impressive harbour views and a staggering range of food including a massive seafood selection, Peking duck, cooked-to-order foie gras and chocolate fountain. With its harbourfront location, the restaurant is sure to be packed on the evening of July 1. For that evening, there will be two seatings available, the first from 5:30pm to 8pm and the second from 8:30pm to 11pm. The former is timed to end before the fireworks begin and the latter seating begins after the fireworks show. The dinner buffet will be priced at HK$988 per person inclusive of free-flow house wine, beer, juices and soft drinks.
