Denmark’s first female chef to get a Michelin star

Congratulations go to Anita Klemensen, aged 34, who is currently talk of the town after becoming Denmarks first female chef to be lauded with a Michelin star. Her thatched woodland restaurant, just 10 miles north of the capital city of Copenhagen, Den Røde Cottage , serves Danish delicacies with a female touch.
