#Barcelona: a new gastronomic capital?

Barcelona has been covered in new stars by the prestigious Michelin Guide and can now be truly regarded as a gastronomic capital. Four new Barcelona restaurants have earned its first star reflecting their exceptional culinary achievements; Dos Cielos (Sergio & Javier Torres), Moments (Raul Balam Ruscalleda), Caelis (Romain Fornell) and Hisop (Oriol Ivern). Miramar earns its second star, a restaurant located in Llançà, north of Catalonia. All the three star establishments keep their category. The Ferran Adrià restaurant, El Bulli , will be included in the Michelin Guide for the final year. Afterwards the establishment will remain closed for two years to become a foundation.
