Wine auction in NY today!

This February’s New York wine auction will feature a special consignment of Bordeaux and Burgundy, all purchased as futures and stored with a first class wine merchant for the past three decades. Not to be missed are two extremely rare large format bottles led by a Nebuchadnezzar (15 liter) bottle of the great Italian Merlot Masseto from 2007 and a Melchior (18 liter) of 2005 Ducru Beaucaillou, both of which were purchased direct from the wineries at which they were produced (pictured above). Rounding out the sale are the fabulous wines from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, including a case of 1993 Richebourg.
