Triple date chronographs from the 1940s and 1950s are extremely interesting pieces. Outside of Patek perpetual calendars and perpetual calendar chronographs, they were often the most expensive watches (case material aside) offered for sale by many manufacturers, including Heuer and Rolex. This particular Heuer triple date chronograph (reference 2543) has a very pleasing copper dial with the original bright blue date numerals on the edge of the dial and original bright blue date pointer. Although it is not always easy to date Heuers from this era due to the lack of surviving serial information, my guess is that it dates to the late 1940s. This watch appears to be unpolished with all original parts and was just serviced in January. As an added bonus, the month and day wheels are in French.
