Paradise re-visited: Lord Howe Island, Australia
Just a two hour flight from Sydney is a truly unique travel destination for anyone to visit: Lord Howe Island. Visitor numbers are limited to 400 and there are just 300 or so islanders. Among the attractions are the world’s southernmost coral reef and, just south-east of the island, Ball’s Pyramid, the world’s tallest sea stack at 551 metres high. A species thought to be extinct was discovered on the sea stack back in 2001… watch the video for details, and to discover more about Lord Howe Island.
