Forbes Releases 2013 Billionaires List

Tory Burch is a newcomer to the Forbes Billionaires List Forbes recently released their 2013 Billionaries List. Bigger than ever, the list now boasts now boasts 1,426 names, with an aggregate net worth of $5.4 trillion, up from $4.6 trillion. The United States continue to lead the list, boasting 442 billionaires, followed by Asia Pacific and Europe, with 386 and 366 names respectively. Mexican mogul Carlos Slim Helu is the richest man for the 4th year in a row, with a net worth of $72 billion, up 3.09% from last year. In second place is Bill Gates with $67 billion. He is trailed by Amancio Ortega of Spanish retailer Zara, who jumped two spots with $57 billion. Asia’s richest person Li Ka Shing is in eight place with $31 billion, while Zong Qinghou, chairman of beverage company Wahaha clinches 86th spot with $11.6 billion.
