Just received a sneak preview of the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC @Bentley_cars, the convertible version of the new GT:
debuted in 2003, so it was high time for a second generation. The latest GT is entirely new, although it requires a discerning eye to notice the subtly wrought outward changes: a sleeker nose, a more angular tail, and crisper style lines. The $190,000 GT retains the W-12 engine (which now delivers even more massive torque and power) and the all-wheel-drive platform that makes it an all-weather cruiser. The interior is opulent, ensconcing occupants in a cost-is-no-object splendor of leather and wood. Although Bentley has increased the rear-seat legroom, passengers had better be small; the Continental GT really is built for two to traverse long stretches of highway at speed and in ultimate comfort—a task that no other GT performs better.
